Warranties

For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective components in accordance with this Limited Warranty.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is valid only when accompanied by the original sales receipt showing the original date and place of purchase. Any replacement provided under this warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, measured from the original purchase date.

The Manufacturer or its authorized dealer reserves the right to accept or deny any warranty claim based on its inspection and findings. This warranty applies only to normal residential use and does not apply to commercial use.

The Manufacturer may substitute materials, components, or sub-components of comparable quality, value, and functionality if the original parts are unavailable. This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product, as determined exclusively by the Manufacturer. Any warranty return or replacement is limited to the specific component determined to be defective.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to freezing temperatures, storms, or high winds

• Abuse, misuse, or improper care

• Chemical damage caused by sunscreen, suntan oil, or other chemicals

• Exposure to extreme heat or cold

• Abrasion

• Damage caused by excessive weight or improper loading

This product is intended for standard residential installation and use only. This warranty will be void if the product is used for any purpose other than its intended use.

The Manufacturer disclaims any liability related to installation, removal, reinstallation, or any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from a defective component.
