Refund & Return Policy

At Patio Kingdom, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • Returned with all original tags, labels, accessories, and manuals

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A return shipping deduction of 15% of the order value will apply and is non-refundable.

Opened Item Returns

If the product packaging has been opened, the return must be reviewed and approved before it can be accepted.

To request approval, please send clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • All included parts and accessories

Opened items are only eligible for return if they:

  • Remain fully functional

  • Show no signs of use, wear, installation, or damage

If an opened return is approved, a 30% restocking fee will apply to cover handling, inspection, and product depreciation.

Non-Returnable or Restricted Returns

We may reject a return or apply additional deductions if the returned item:

  • Shows signs of use

  • Is damaged

  • Is missing parts, accessories, manuals, tags, or original packaging

  • Is not in resalable condition

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email service@patiokingdom.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. If applicable, we will also provide a prepaid return label.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Patio Kingdom Covers Return Shipping When:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong item

  • The package was lost in transit

Photo evidence may be required for review and approval.

The Customer Covers Return Shipping When:

  • You changed your mind

  • You ordered the wrong item by mistake

  • The item is no longer needed

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team.

Estimated processing times:

  • PayPal: 24–48 hours

  • Credit cards: 7–14 business days

Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Patio Kingdom Customer Service at service@patiokingdom.com as soon as possible.

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped and is still in our warehouse, you will receive a full refund.

After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, we will attempt to intercept the package. In these cases:

  • A 15% cancellation fee based on the order total will apply

  • The remaining balance will be refunded only after the package is successfully intercepted and returned

Please note that carrier interception is not guaranteed and depends on the shipment stage.

Additional deductions may apply for expedited shipping services.

Cancellation Request Requirements

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include your order number in all cancellation emails.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

For the fastest replacement, please:

  1. Complete the return process for the original item

  2. Place a new order separately


Important Notes

  • All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

  • Returned items that are damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition may be refused or subject to deductions.

  • Carrier interception requests for shipped orders are not guaranteed.
