Welcome to Patio Kingdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of patiokingdom.com (the “Site”), including any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

2. Orders and Contract Formation

2.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

A binding agreement is formed only after we send you an order confirmation email and successfully process your payment.

2.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

2.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved payment providers made available at checkout. We do not store your full credit card information.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the associated order. Please contact your payment provider directly for payment-related issues.

3. Shipping and Returns

3.1 Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday (GMT-7) are typically processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 7 business days after shipment via UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, or other designated carriers. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If available, order tracking information will be provided after shipment. Access to order and shipment information is limited to authorized users for privacy and security purposes.

3.2 Returns and Refunds

Eligible unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Customized or personalized products are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

Unless otherwise stated in our policy, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Class actions and class arbitration are not permitted.
